Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 20 years of experience helping individuals and families heal, grow, and thrive. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work from Loyola University and an additional Master’s in Early Childhood Development from Erikson Institute. My background allows me to bring a deep understanding of both individual development and the complexities of relationships to my work.

My approach to therapy

I specialize in supporting adults navigating relationship challenges, trauma, life transitions, and early life wounds that continue to impact their present. My approach is warm, relational, and trauma-informed. I believe that healing happens in the context of safe, supportive relationships—starting with the one we build in therapy.

As a wife and mother, I understand the pressures of balancing many roles and the emotional labor that often comes with caring for others. I bring both clinical knowledge and real-life experience into the therapy room, offering a grounded and compassionate space for exploration and healing.

What you can expect from me

Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or ready to make a change, I’m here to help you reconnect with your strength, your voice, and the relationships that matter most.
