Great to meet you!

I’m passionate about helping clients feel genuinely supported to tackle whatever comes their way. I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is one of the most important parts of healing, and I strive to create a space that feels warm, collaborative, and free of judgment.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with individuals navigating substance use challenges, constant worry, stress, and relationship difficulties. My approach is compassionate, relational, and tailored to your unique needs and goals. Together, we’ll explore where you are today, identify what's important to you, and build practical tools that help you move toward meaningful, lasting change by doing more of what works for you.

What you can expect from me

I want you to feel actively involved in your care from the very beginning. In our first session, you can expect a supportive environment where we’ll explore what’s bringing you to therapy, your hopes for the process, and what healing and growth look like for you. My goal is to help you deepen self-understanding, feel more connected to your values and needs, and leave sessions feeling more empowered and confident navigating life’s challenges.
