Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, relationships are my bread and butter. I specialize in helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, trauma, and relationship challenges. Many of my clients identify as cycle-breakers—those intentionally shifting patterns from their families of origin—or are learning how to set boundaries and advocate for their needs with more confidence. I am trained in EMDR, ACT, and Gottman Method Couples Therapy.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or just ready for something to change, we’ll work together to clarify your values, strengthen self-trust, and build habits that support the life you want. I especially enjoy working with recovering people-pleasers, new parents, and people working to set clear, kind boundaries in their current relationships.

My clients describe me as straightforward, and I prefer to use humor in my therapeutic approach. I like when therapy is collaborative - we work together to achieve your goals.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be empowered, challenged, and spoken to as the experts of their own lives. I like assigning homework between sessions, so clients can practice their tools and see growth even on the days we don't see each other.
