Great to meet you!

One of my greatest assets is, I Recognize Un-Nurtured Pain. I have 17 years of experience as a clinical counselor. I deem myself an energetic, empathetic, resourceful, and compassionate counseling professional with proven ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds. I fully grasp the emotional and residual effects of how unresolved childhood issues, chemical substance abuse, trauma, depression, anxiety, and PTSD impact one’s daily life. Moreover, the low self-esteem, decreased self-worth, powerlessness, and hopelessness those issues incite.

My approach to therapy

In your initial session, we will explore what brought you to therapy. Once an accurate diagnosis is identified, a therapeutic method will be tailored to meet your specific needs.

What you can expect from me

My hope for after our sessions is you leave feeling HEARD.

It is daunting to feel incapable of regulating your emotions to navigate day to day or minute to minute. Trusting people with your innermost thoughts without feeling judged can be frightening. I would like the opportunity to provide a forum where you can emote and express freely. My desire is to help you 'Enhance’, what you already have ‘Within'.
