Great to meet you!

If you're constantly trying to balance work, family, school, relationships, and everything in between, it can feel like there's never enough time—or energy—for yourself. You may look like you have everything together on the outside while privately feeling overwhelmed, anxious, exhausted, or stuck. Sometimes, even when you know you need support, finding the time to prioritize your own well-being can feel like one more thing on an already overwhelming list.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to provide a warm, judgment-free space where we can slow things down, understand what's keeping you stuck, and develop practical strategies that fit your actual life.

And because finding time for therapy can be difficult, I offer convenient evening appointments from 5–10 PM. Whether you're coming in from work, after class, or once the kids are finally in bed, therapy should fit into your life—not create another thing you have to manage.

What you can expect from me

As we begin to know each other, I aim to create a collaborative partnership where we create goals that reflect your values, needs, and desires for growth. Your therapy is for you! I will utilize your own perspective and words to define success, and focus on small, actionable steps, while revisiting goals regularly to adjust for progress and changing needs.
