Rachel Frickleton

I look forward to meeting you! After working in an administrative role in a fertility clinic for 7 years, I received my Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Counseling. I enjoy helping individuals and couples navigate life's challenges and build healthy, secure attachments. Additionally, it is important to me to spread a message of love and acceptance and provide hope and support to members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Therapy, while sometimes incredible, can be challenging and exhausting for those who choose to engage in a wholehearted way. You are doing important and often life-changing work. I try to offer an inviting space where you can ask and answer difficult questions and learn from yourself. I will ask you about your goals often, and continue to check in with you to make sure that this process is serving you in the way that you want and need.

My goal is to help you gain confidence, build secure attachment, and regulate yourself emotionally, so that you can accomplish whatever goals you set for yourself. I hope that our work together feels meaningful and more than that I hope we develop a relationship where you can tell me if it isn't so that we can work together to get you the support that you need and deserve.
