I am a warm, loving practitioner who has been working as a therapist for over 5 years. I graduated from Palm Beach Atlantic University with a Masters in Mental Health Counseling. My specialty is working with children and youth in foster care or adoptions in overcoming behavioral and attachment based issues but I have worked with many adults and couples as well. I am trained in using EMDR to process issues of anxiety, depression, or trauma. For young children I use mainly play therapy and art therapy based techniques. I start the therapeutic process with a Cognitive Behavioral approach and modify as needed based on the personality of each client.
