Great to meet you!

I appreciate and honor a person’s desire to begin their therapeutic journey. I believe a collaborative therapeutic relationship built on trust, respect, and honesty creates a healthy open space for people to grow. I am passionate about helping individuals and families increase healthy behaviors while decreasing patterns that disrupt them from enjoying their lives. I received my Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, from Antioch University.

My approach to therapy

I am an empathetic, client centered, strengths-based therapist. I enjoy meeting people where they are in life and working at their pace. I have experience in collaborating with individuals and families suffering from addiction, adjustment, anxiety, depression, eating disorders, grief, relationship issues, substance abuse, suicidal ideations, and trauma. My emphasized styles are CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Psychodynamic, Mindfulness, Attachment Theory, Play Therapy and Art Therapy.

What you can expect from me

I have helped children, adults, and families improve their self-esteem, communication, and relationships. I will utilize my ability to create an open and honest environment to help you or your family explore your challenges in order to live a well-balanced life. We will work together on exploring and processing your challenges, while setting goals in order to create, and sustain, a well-balanced lifestyle.
