Great to meet you!

I specialize in working with adolescents and young adults. I also work extensively with young adults with an array of difficulties, including anxiety, depression and borderline personality disorder. I have clinical background in DBT, which provides a specialized insight into issues such as suicidality and self harm. My areas of expertise are working with those struggling with effectively regulating their intense emotions, self harm/suicide and families in crisis. I have a strong clinical and personal background with those areas, which I believe gives me insight, empathy and the heart to hold onto others' hurt with a unique sense of understanding.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is very collaborative, you are the expert of your life and I want to come in with tools and conversations to get you where you want to be. I use a lot of humor and warmth just as a byproduct of my personality and can meet clients where they are at.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect to be both validated and challenged in sessions and will be able to identify progress together as we work.
