Great to meet you!

I am a dual-certified Family and Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with over 16 years of healthcare experience. I provide compassionate, individualized care for children, adolescents, and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, ADHD, substance use concerns, and other mental health challenges. My goal is to help clients feel supported, understood, and empowered throughout their healing journey.

My approach to therapy

I take a collaborative, trauma-informed, and holistic approach to treatment. I believe mental health is influenced by both physical and emotional well-being, and I work closely with each client to develop a personalized treatment plan. My approach combines evidence-based medication management with therapeutic techniques and lifestyle interventions to support long-term wellness.

What you can expect from me

Your first appointment is a comprehensive psychiatric evaluation where we'll discuss your current concerns, medical and mental health history, and treatment goals. Together, we'll create an individualized plan that fits your needs, and you'll have the opportunity to ask questions and participate in every step of your care.
