Anxiety, Cultural & Ethnic Issues, Depression, Family Issues, and Stress

Great to meet you!

I have a decade of experience treating adults and adolescents. I take a holistic and trauma-informed approach to mental health care. My therapeutic approach is integrative, person-centered, solution-focused, mindfulness-based, and CBT-based. I am a bilingual Latina clinician with an emphasis on the BIPOC experience.

A bit about my approach to therapy

Are symptoms of anxiety and panic disorders, depression, general relationship challenges (family, friends, co-workers) LGBTQIA+ related concerns, and challenges around race and ethnicity getting in your way? I am looking for clients who can benefit from the flexibility of virtual weekly, or biweekly sessions.

What you can expect from our first session

As a bilingual Latina clinician, I am acutely aware of the lack of balance in equitable mental health care, which has made me want to help people firsthand. After your initial contact, we will begin with a therapeutic interview to see if we are a good fit for one another.
