Great to meet you!

I am committed to supporting clients as they make positive change, work toward meaningful goals, heal, grow, and improve their relationships. I take an empathic and non-judgmental approach, viewing the individual as the expert of their own life. I remain flexible with clients to meet their needs and preferences. While there may be moments that feel deep or heavy, I believe that humor can bring something special to the therapeutic relationship and I invite clients to be their unique selves.

My approach to therapy

I most often utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Person-Centered Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, and Mindfulness. I believe every person has strengths and that tapping into them is an integral part of the therapeutic process. I support clients working through life transitions, managing stress and anxiety, and improving their relationship with self and others.

What you can expect from me

Building trust is my first priority. I always aim to create a therapeutic environment of empathy and non-judgment. It is immensely important for clients to feel safe opening up about things that are emotionally challenging.
