Great to meet you!

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with 8+ years old experience, I'm committed to helping adults navigate life's challenges. My experience includes working with individuals across a wide range of concerns, with a particular focus on adults 18 and older who are struggling with mood and thought disorders.

My approach to therapy

Therapy isn't always easy, but it can be the place where things finally start to make sense. My approach is direct, kind and solution-focused while remaining open-minded and nonjudgmental way. I focus on helping clients process their thoughts, emotions, and stressors while developing healthier ways to understand and manage what they're experiencing. I strive to create a space where clients feel heard, respected, supported and comfortable being honest.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is a chance for you to share what's been going on and for me to start

understanding what you're carrying. I don't expect you to have it figured out before we

begin. From there, we'll get clear on what's been getting in the way, set real goals, and

build the skills to move toward something different. You set the pace, and I’ll meet you there.
