I started practicing over 5 years ago and have served ages 5 through 65 in individual and behavioral hospital settings. I care for my clients the way I care for family and friends to ensure overall success in their every day lives.
I provide a mostly solution-focused approach to counseling and incorporate holistic aspects as much as possible. I specialize it using CBT, positive psychology, mindfulness, DBT, and client led approaches.
Clients can expect to walk away from my sessions feeling lighter and with more tools than when they came in. I am a naturally inquisitive and humorous person in nature and often build the therapeutic bond quickly due to my character.
