Great to meet you!

I am a licensed therapist with 18 years of experience working with adult clients including seniors. I have a wide range of experience across the lifespan from supporting women around pregnancy and post partum, as well as, specialized training with end of life issues, and coping with loss. I also consider myself an advocate for the neurodiverse and navigate parenting needs of those with a Pathologically Demanding Avoidant (PDA) child.

A bit about my approach to therapy

My style is to help you feel more regulated and centered so that you can connect to yourself and others. I can help you think through difficult situations and be a sounding board to support you to live your Big Beautiful Life! My commitment is to always trust what you tell me. We all need connection to be our best selves.

What you can expect from our first session

We’ll spend time building skills you can use outside sessions and helping you develop behaviors that align with your values to feel more connected to yourself and others in your life. This is your time and space to learn and grow!
