Great to meet you!

Welcome to therapy; I'm Rachel. If you or your loved one are experiencing emotional distress then I am here to help. It takes courage to seek out a therapist, and I'm glad you're ready to get started.

As a Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist, I've provided mental health counseling for individuals in small and large clinics.

I offer flexible appointments, including evenings and weekends to increase your opportunities for accessing uniquely tailored treatment.

My approach to therapy

Each person and couple presents a unique perspective of how they see themselves and the world. With that in mind, I blend Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and other modalities to address the needs of the individual or couple.

What you can expect from me

What can clients expect from a session with me? The first session starts with an intake assessment to discuss what's bringing you to therapy. During sessions, we'll explore your experiences and discuss feedback from interventions.
