Great to meet you!

There is always hope. Your past does not have to define you or dictate your future. I believe therapy can create space for healing, growth, and deeper joy.

I specialize in helping clients work through trauma, grief and loss, anxiety, attachment wounds, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the experiences that may leave them feeling stuck or disconnected from themselves.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and collaborative. I believe healing happens when clients feel safe enough to be fully seen and heard. Together, we will explore your story, understand the patterns that may be impacting your present, and work toward creating meaningful change.

I believe every person is valuable and that our experiences shape us, but they do not have to define us. My goal is to help you reconnect with yourself, process painful experiences, develop new tools, and move toward greater hope and resilience.

For clients who desire it, I offer Christian faith integration and enjoy supporting individuals who want to incorporate their faith into their healing journey.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is a time for us to get to know each other, explore what brought you to therapy, and begin identifying your goals for our work together. My hope is that you feel comfortable being yourself and that therapy feels like a safe, supportive space from the very beginning.

We will spend time understanding your story, your current challenges, and what you hope to gain from therapy. From there, we will begin creating a personalized approach that fits your needs and supports your healing journey at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
