Great to meet you!

I started my counseling career in Atlanta, Georgia. I completed my Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology at Kennesaw State University and then I obtained a Master of Arts degree in Community Counseling Psychology & Marriage and Family Therapy (at Argosy University, a private graduate school in Atlanta). I started as a Community Counselor, then migrated into my role as a therapist in a private practice setting, working online or in person, with individuals, couples and/or families. I am currently a jack of all trades from my experiences, with a focus on helping individuals come out of struggling times, as well as relationships, in general.

My approach to therapy

My approaches to therapy are client-focused, psychodynamic, and depending on the client, existential-based. The theories I utilize are from various modalities, such as CBT, DBT, and ACT therapy, Psychodynamic, Internal Family Systems, Gottman Therapy, Bowen's Family Systems Therapy, Mindfulness, as well as my own approaches, derived from a combination of the therapeutic modalities I've learned about.

What you can expect from me

With 18 years of experience, I pride myself on the various modalities I have learned. With my multifarious skillset, I have an abundance of techniques to choose from. I have never seen a negative outcome from my therapy. If we're all constantly changing, then we know we're all capable of it. The only thing that is constant is change. With that being said, I try to promote that as the force that guides my clients to a healthier and better mindset, and I have seen great change.
