Great to meet you!

Life has a way of changing the rules when we least expect it. One day you're managing just fine, and the next you're navigating grief, caring for aging parents, adjusting to a major life transition, or trying to balance everyone else's needs while losing sight of your own. If you're feeling overwhelmed, stretched thin, or unsure of what comes next, you're not alone. I offer a warm, supportive space where you can show up exactly as you are. Therapy with me is practical, personal, and often includes a little humor because sometimes laughter helps us carry what feels too heavy to hold on our own.

My approach to therapy

Together, we'll make sense of the challenges you're facing and identify tools that help you move through them with greater confidence. We'll focus on what's within your control, build on your strengths, and create realistic strategies that fit your everyday life.

You don't have to navigate life's hardest seasons by yourself. Whether you're facing loss, change, or the demands of caring for others, support is available.

This process often looks like you sharing stories and responding to questions I have along the way. Together we can explore new ways of thinking about your challenges that lead to growth.

What you can expect from me

During the first session, the goal is to get to know you and hear how you understand the challenges that you face. You are the expert on your life, the people in it, and the dynamics involved in finding a solution. Don't be surprised if I both ask a lot of questions and spend time a lot of time listening during our early time together.
