Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor who combines evidence-based therapy with a practical, down-to-earth approach. I help clients understand the patterns keeping them stuck, identify what’s driving them, and create a clear path forward.

I work with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, substance use recovery, life transitions, and high-stress situations. My approach is trauma-informed, goal-oriented, and focused on creating meaningful, lasting change.

Clients often describe me as direct yet compassionate, structured yet flexible, and someone who provides both accountability and support. Together, we’ll build practical strategies that help you move from feeling overwhelmed to feeling confident and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I believe therapy should feel safe, but also productive. You deserve more than venting. You deserve clarity, tools, and forward movement.

We’ll look at patterns. We’ll challenge thinking traps. We’ll build practical strategies you can actually use in real life — not just in my office.

If you’re willing to show up honestly, I will too.

Therapy with me feels less like being analyzed and more like sitting across from someone who understands both the science of change and the messiness of being human.

We’ll do real work. We’ll probably laugh sometimes. And we’ll build something stronger than what brought you in.

What you can expect from me

First sessions can feel a little awkward, that’s completely normal. You don’t have to have the “right” words. You just show up.

Our first meeting is about connection and clarity.

We’ll talk about what’s bringing you in, what’s been weighing on you, and what you’d like to feel different. I’m listening for patterns and strengths, not just problems. You can share at your pace.

While we’re getting to know each other, I’m also thinking strategically. Together, we’ll start identifying priorities and outlining a direction so you leave with a sense of where we’re headed.

You can expect warmth, professionalism, and a clear plan not judgment or vague conversation.

We build trust. And we build momentum.
