Rachel Hayes

Rachel Hayes is licensed in 6 states (AZ, CO, NV, TX, WY, FL) and has worked assisting primarily in treatment of women with eating disorders (and their families), those with addictions, anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, and codependency. She has worked virtually for 6 years through individual sessions, couples & VIOP groups providing psychoeducation, brainspotting, post induction therapy, & EMDR.

I have been trauma trained from Meadows with PIT (post induction trauma therapy), EMDR, and Brainspotting. I utilize what fits the client best.

Clients can have new tools to use and utilize in life as well as know that I am being honest and kind with them . My clients know that therapy is hard work, and there is no magic pill to take it all away.
