Great to meet you!

I always wanted to be in the helping field growing up, and am a therapist now helping others that struggle or have struggled with things that affected or have affected me growing up from childhood abuse, being married to a narcissistic person in the past.

I was able to go to school and obtain a MS certificate in Aromatherapy, Masters in Professional Counseling, and a Bachelors in Psychology. I am trained in EMDR and a certified Brainspotter to help people reach their truest healing and potential in life.

My approach to therapy

I learn from the beginning with clients, try to get to know them from the beginning of life, who was around them when/how they were being raised, what's most important than and now in their lives. I am a joker, but also can be serious when you need and I think it will be best.

What you can expect from me

I hope that clients can expect that I will listen, help create goals in treatment, and help them meet their own goals and desires through positivity as well as firm conversations as I can't be the one to always just be pleasant if you are wanting to reach your goals sometimes you need a firm hand or reminders.
