Great to meet you!

Welcome! I have over a decade of experience working with individuals and families struggling with mental health challenges and stress associated with life changes. Coming to therapy and asking for help is not an easy process but a good first step towards creating change in yourself and in your life. Whether you have been struggling with a stressful life event or mental health symptoms that are interfering with your day to day life, finding coping strategies, as well as regaining a sense of meaning and purpose is possible.

I worked at the Yale Child Study Center, as a School Social Worker and as a clinician in outpatient settings.

My approach to therapy

I am trained in various modalities, including DBT (Dialectical Behavioral Therapy), ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy), CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy) and Strength-Based. I will work with you to determine what approach works best for you.

What you can expect from me

When coming to sessions, you can expect to feel heard and understood and to gain insight in a supportive and affirming environment. As a therapist, I am here to help you develop the skills that will work for you and help you move forward.
