Great to meet you!

I’m a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with 14 years of experience working with adults and adolescents. I aim to create a safe, supportive space where you feel heard, understood, and accepted. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, and I strive to see the world through your perspective while helping you move toward the person you want to be.

If you plan to use Employee Assistance Program (EAP) benefits, please let me know in advance so you can contact customer support to ensure your account is set up properly and your EAP sessions are applied.

My approach to therapy

My approach to psychotherapy is collaborative and flexible. My primary orientation is humanistic, which emphasizes the importance of being your authentic self in order to live a meaningful and fulfilling life. I also draw from psychodynamic theory, which helps us explore how past experiences may shape current thoughts, feelings, and relationships.

Together, we work to address concerns in the present while gently exploring their deeper origins, helping you gain insight, develop greater self-understanding, and create lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we will spend time getting to know each other and discussing what brings you to therapy. One of our goals will be to identify and clarify the areas in your life where you may be struggling—whether that involves relationships, work, school, family, or marriage. From there, we can begin identifying helpful steps toward reducing distress, building healthier boundaries, and exploring more supportive ways of coping.

I want clients to feel safe, comfortable, and respected enough to share their experiences in a non-judgmental space. My hope is that your first session feels supportive and helps you begin to see therapy as a positive and meaningful step toward change.
