Great to meet you!

I believe that a strong therapeutic relationship is the foundation for meaningful change. My goal is to provide a warm, non-judgmental space where you feel safe being yourself, even when discussing the hardest parts of your life. I bring experience with individuals working through anxiety, depression, life transitions, relationship concerns, and whatever else may be bringing you to therapy. My hope is that you will leave each session feeling, heard, supported, and empowered.

My approach to therapy

My approach is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to your individual needs. I believe there is no one size fits all approach to therapy, so we will work together to identify your goals and develop strategies that fit your life. I use evidence-based practices while taking a solution focused and strengths-based perspective. My goal is to help you better understand yourself, build effective coping skills, and create meaningful lasting change.

What you can expect from me

Our first session will be all about getting to know each other. I will make sure to ask questions to better understand you, your strengths, and what you are hoping to accomplish in therapy. There will be no pressure to have everything figured out or share more than what you are ready to. You will also have the opportunity to ask questions about the therapy process so we can determine what the best path forward may look like together.
