Great to meet you!

I’m a seasoned therapist with a deep appreciation for the complexity of being human. My path has been shaped by many experiences—traveling widely, reading voraciously, practicing mindfulness, and continually challenging myself to see the world through others’ eyes. I also find nourishment in creative pursuits like painting, quilting, and arts and crafts. These aspects of my life help me stay grounded, present, and open-minded in my work with clients. I bring both professional insight and lived experience to the therapy room, with a steady presence that supports growth, reflection, and change.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is collaborative, compassionate, and grounded in both experience and curiosity. I draw from evidence-based practices, mindfulness, and insight-oriented modalities to help clients explore the patterns and experiences that shape their lives. I believe in creating a space that feels safe, warm, and non-judgmental, where clients can be truly seen and heard. Over the years, I’ve learned that healing often begins when we can slow down, tune in, and begin to see ourselves with more clarity and kindness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, you can expect a thoughtful, respectful conversation where we begin to explore what brings you to therapy and what you’re hoping to achieve. I’ll ask questions to get to know you better, and you’re welcome to share as much or as little as feels right. My intention is to meet you where you are and to begin building a foundation of trust. You won’t be rushed or judged—this is your time, and we’ll go at a pace that feels comfortable for you.
