Great to meet you!

Hello, my name is Dr. Rachel Y. Hill, and I am a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) and dual board-certified Nurse Practitioner in Family Practice (FNP-BC) and Psychiatry/Mental Health (PMHNP-BC). I am also board-certified in Holistic Nursing (AHN-BC) and Health & Wellness Coaching (HWNC-BC), as well as other holistic modalities.

My approach to therapy

I believe that true healing happens when we care for the whole person — mind, body, and spirit. In my work with clients, this means addressing not only symptoms but also the root causes of distress and the deeper connections that influence well-being.

By weaving together these three dimensions, I help clients not just manage symptoms but create lasting transformation, greater resilience, and a deeper sense of wholeness.

What you can expect from me

In our first session, my focus is on listening to your story and understanding your mental health challenges. Together, we’ll explore your goals and begin creating a personalized, empowering plan that draws on both evidence-based care and holistic strategies. My goal is for you to leave feeling heard, supported, and hopeful about the path ahead.
