Great to meet you!

I graduated in 2022 from Geneva College, with a Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I have worked in many places such as In-Patient Settings, for individuals with Bipolar Disorder and Schizophrenia. I have found that my passion lies in Outpatient Therapy, where I can treat individuals who are struggling with depression, anxiety, stress management, ADHD, relationship issues, and adjustment disorders.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is wanting clients to feel they are entering into a warm, inviting space, and a judgement free space. I approach therapy from a very realistic lens for what works with their personal lives, while still encouraging them to be their best selves. I know therapy can be intimidating, but I always encourage clients to let me know their comfort levels as well.

What you can expect from me

From the first session, Clients can expect to have control over the sessions. This means, I encourage clients to be vocal in what they want to discuss, along with how much they would like to disclose to me. During the first session, we will outline some shared goals, and frequency of treatment.
