Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel. I’m a wife, mom, and Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that everyone deserves a safe, supportive space to feel heard and understood. I know that reaching out for therapy can feel overwhelming, and my goal is to create an environment where you feel comfortable exploring your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without judgment.

I have experience working with individuals of all ages and backgrounds, helping clients navigate anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life transitions, trauma, and everyday stress. My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and tailored to your unique needs and goals.

I enjoy helping clients find their voice, better understand their emotions, and develop practical tools to create meaningful, lasting change. Whether you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply looking for personal growth, I would be honored to walk alongside you as you build a life that feels more balanced, fulfilling, and authentic.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is flexible and tailored to each client’s unique needs. I draw from a variety of evidence-based therapeutic modalities because I believe there isn’t a one-size-fits-all approach to healing. While different techniques can be helpful, I believe the relationship between you and your therapist is one of the most important factors in creating meaningful change.

My goal is to provide a space where you feel truly heard, understood, and accepted. I believe clients experience the most growth when they feel safe enough to be themselves, explore their emotions openly, and work collaboratively toward the life they want. Together, we’ll build on your strengths, increase your understanding of your thoughts and emotions, and develop practical strategies that support lasting change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we’ll spend time getting to know each other and building a foundation for our work together. I’ll gather a brief history of your life and learn more about the concerns that brought you to therapy. We may explore important family experiences, significant life events, and the relationships or experiences that have shaped who you are today.

My goal is to create a comfortable, supportive environment where you feel safe sharing at your own pace. Together, we’ll identify your goals for therapy and begin developing a plan that feels right for you.
