Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming when you are trying to keep up with everything while quietly carrying anxiety, depression, trauma, or challenges that leave you feeling emotionally drained and unsure of how to move forward. You may feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve you, weighed down by chronic worry, burnout, frustration, sadness, or a growing sense of disconnection from yourself and the people around you. I specialize in anxiety, ADHD and ADD, depression, relationship issues, and trauma. I work with adolescents and adults, and as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker in Illinois with 7 years of experience, my goal is to create a supportive space where you feel understood, empowered, and equipped to move toward healing and meaningful change.

My approach to therapy

I believe healing happens when you feel safe enough to be honest about what you are carrying while also building practical tools that help you move forward. Therapy should help you better understand your patterns, strengthen your resilience, and create meaningful progress both in and outside of session. My approach is warm, collaborative, and tailored to your individual needs. I draw from Psychodynamic Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, and mindfulness based approaches to support lasting growth. In our sessions, we may explore past experiences, identify patterns that are keeping you stuck, process difficult emotions, strengthen emotional awareness, improve communication, and develop healthier coping strategies for daily life. I often work with people navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, trauma, stress, anger, family conflict, emotional overwhelm, low mood, self esteem challenges, women’s issues, and major life transitions that can make everyday life feel especially difficult.

What you can expect from me

You can expect me to show up as compassionate, supportive, empowering, and nonjudgmental. I believe meaningful therapy is built on trust, safety, and collaboration, and I work hard to create a space where you feel comfortable showing up exactly as you are. I will meet you with empathy while also helping you gently challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you. Whether you are working through anxiety, trauma, ADHD related challenges, burnout, life transitions, or uncertainty about what comes next, we will work together to build greater self awareness, healthier coping skills, stronger emotional resilience, and a deeper sense of confidence, clarity, and balance.
