Great to meet you!

Hi, I'm Rachel! Thank you for taking some time to learn about my practice. I think we all can understand life can feel overwhelming when emotions, behaviors, or expectations don’t seem to fit—and you don’t have to navigate that alone. While I have a primary focus on individuals with behavioral and developmental disabilities, as well as those experiencing depression and anxiety, I work with children, adolescents, and adults of all types!

My approach to therapy

Someone asked me recently, "What made you want to be a therapist?" Well, our emotions, behaviors, and relationships are deeply connected, and understanding those connections can lead to real change. I love that! It brings me joy to help people navigate their way to their best life. My therapeutic style integrates solution-focused and strengths-based perspectives to help clients better understand themselves, build on their existing abilities, and develop practical tools for meaningful change towards that best life.

What you can expect from me

I believe therapy should be collaborative, empowering, and tailored to each person’s unique needs and goals. Whether you or your child are navigating emotional challenges, behavioral concerns, or life transitions, I strive to create a supportive and compassionate space that fosters growth, resilience, and lasting progress. Does this seem like a good fit? If so, no need to wait, schedule today!
