Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who provides a supportive, compassionate, and down-to-earth approach to therapy. I strive to create a space where my clients feel safe being honest about what they are going through. Many of the individuals I work with struggle with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship stress, burnout, self-worth, and the emotional demands of balancing family, work, and everyday life.

Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed, emotionally exhausted, stuck in survival mode, or unsure of who they are outside of caring for everyone else. I bring both professional knowledge and real-life understanding into the therapeutic space. My goal is to help my clients feel seen, supported, understood, and capable of creating meaningful and lasting change in their lives.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, genuine, and nonjudgmental. I believe therapy should feel collaborative and empowering. I use CBT while also incorporating other therapeutic modalities tailored to each individual’s unique needs and experiences.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, my goal is to create a welcoming, supportive, and nonjudgmental space where you can feel comfortable sharing at your own pace. We will spend time getting to know each other, discussing what brought you to therapy, exploring your current challenges, and identifying the goals you would like to work toward.

The first session is also an opportunity for you to ask questions, share any concerns, and begin building a therapeutic connection that feels safe and supportive. I understand that starting therapy can feel overwhelming or vulnerable, so I approach each session with compassion, patience, and understanding.

Together, we will begin creating a plan that feels realistic, empowering, and tailored to your individual needs and experiences.
