I have an eclectic approach to therapy, valuing collaboration with clients to help them achieve their goals and be their best selves.
I have an eclectic approach to therapy, valuing collaboration with clients to help them achieve their goals and be their best selves. I believe everyone's life experience is unique and therefore you deserve a unique and tailored approach in therapy. I view the therapeutic process as a partnership that cannot exist without trust, patience, and empathy. I want you to truly feel heard, seen, and understood so that we can work together to meet the goals that you want to achieve. I aim to create a safe space to openly explore how you are feeling and what changes you want to see in your life, ultimately empowering you to take the steps to manifest that change into reality.
In our first session my goal is to get to know you and learn what your therapeutic goals are. I want to begin to hear your story and provide a safe space to discuss what brought you to therapy at this time. From there, I aim to partner with you to begin the therapeutic journey together to help you achieve the outcomes you are looking for.
