Great to meet you!

Clients often describe me as approachable, practical, and easy to talk to. Therapy should be a collaborative process, and I strive to create a space where you feel comfortable being yourself without fear of judgment. My style balances support with practical problem-solving, helping clients gain insight while also developing strategies they can use in everyday life. Above all, I want you to feel heard, understood, and supported as we work toward your goals together.

My approach to therapy

Therapy is most effective when it feels collaborative, supportive, and tailored to your unique needs. Using a client-centered, solution-focused approach, sessions focus on helping you better understand yourself while building practical tools for everyday life. Together, we'll identify what's getting in the way, build on your strengths, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity. The goal is to create a space where you feel heard, supported, and empowered to make meaningful changes.

What you can expect from me

The first session is an opportunity to get to know each other. We will discuss what has brought you to therapy, any current concerns you may be experiencing, and what you hope to gain from the process. It also gives you a chance to get a feel for my style and approach, while helping me gain a better understanding of who you are and what is important to you. This initial conversation helps lay the foundation for a strong therapeutic relationship and allows us to begin identifying goals and next steps that feel right for you.
