Great to meet you!

You’ve outgrown old patterns and now you’re searching for what’s next. But when anxiety, relationship stress, or burnout cloud your path, it’s easy to feel disconnected from who you are and what you want. I work with women and non-binary people in their 20s and 30s—especially creatives, students, professionals, and LGBTQ+ —who are ready to break cycles and rediscover themselves. Together, we’ll untangle the noise, explore your story, and build a life rooted in clarity, connection, and purpose. Give me a call or send me a message today to get started.

My approach to therapy

One of the core values I hold that heavily influences my approach to care is feminism. As a woman helping women, I strongly believe in advocating for equality and pointing out how our society’s structure impacts women’s self-esteem, relationships, work, and overall mental health. Through therapy, I help women challenge the misconceptions they have about themselves and their place in the world and help them find ways they can start taking back their personal power to live happy, confident lives.

What you can expect from me

While working with me, you can expect to learn concrete skills to help you manage your anxiety and relationships. I assign homework when needed, and I will challenge you when necessary. Changing one’s thought processes and behaviors can be difficult, and I’m here to support you every step of the way.
