Great to meet you!

I believe the relationship between a client and therapist is most important. It takes courage to show up and be honest about where you are and I take that trust seriously. My job is to show up just as honestly, and to meet you exactly where you are in this moment of your life.

My approach to therapy

I work from an eclectic, client-centered foundation, drawing on ACT, DBT, somatic approaches, and parts work, depending on what fits you best. I don't believe in one-size-fits-all therapy — your goals, your pace, and your story shape the way we work together. I make no assumptions about your past, your present, or where you're headed. I'm an active partner on your healing journey, not just a person nodding from across the screen.

What you can expect from me

I specialize in working with late teens and young adults who feel lost, disconnected from themselves, or like the roadmap they were handed just stopped making sense. I especially enjoy helping people navigate the college transition process, as well as life after graduating college. I love working with people who are in the messy middle of figuring out who they are and what they actually want. I'm always thinking about how to make therapy feel like a real, human experience and not a clinical transaction. If any of that resonates, I'd love to connect.
