Great to meet you!

Do you feel like you have lost yourself, lost your sense of purpose, meaning, or ability to find joy in life? Maybe you feel overwhelmed with grief, stress, or fear. Are you ready for a change? I aim to support individual's facing life's challenges by helping them feel heard, validated and empowered. Together, we will work on developing skills that strengthen confidence, trust, communication, and motivation. It takes a lot of strength to face these challenges, it is ok to ask for help. I am here to support you in that process.

I assist clients dealing with anxiety, depression, grief, trauma, substance abuse/dependence, peripartum/postpartum mood disorders, as well as transition and adjustment concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach to therapy is built on trust, honest communication, and genuine partnership. I create a safe, supportive space where you can speak freely, feel respected, and know you’re truly being heard. At the same time, I won’t just nod along — I’ll thoughtfully challenge you, help you uncover patterns that may be holding you back, and support you in making meaningful, lasting change.

I believe therapy should feel human. I incorporate warmth and humor when appropriate, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. Together, we’ll identify your goals, build practical tools, and hold you accountable in a way that feels empowering — not judgmental.

If you’re ready to move beyond venting and start creating real change, I’m here to help you do exactly that.

What you can expect from me

I always start with an introductory session, which provides us the opportunity to get to know each other and identify your treatment goals. I strive to create a warm and comfortable environment that fosters trust and security, setting a solid foundation for our work together.
