Great to meet you!

Life is inherently challenging — fortunately, support is available.

I’m Rachel Kelley, a Licensed Independent Social Worker (LISW-CP) with extensive experience guiding individuals and families through life’s transitions — including marriage, parenting concerns, divorce, relocation, career changes, chronic illness, and grief and loss.

I work with both adolescents and adults navigating complex challenges such as trauma, sexual abuse, substance misuse, and mental health conditions. A number of my clients are navigating newly diagnosed or realized neurodivergence.

My approach to therapy

My approach is grounded in a solution-focused, systems theory framework that honors the interconnectedness of personal, relational, and environmental factors.

What you can expect from me

Whether you’re facing a major life transition or seeking deeper healing, I offer a grounded, compassionate space for growth and transformation.
