Great to meet you!

Life is unpredictable, and traumatic events and life changes can cause individuals to feel lost, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. My primary focus is to help individuals identify any areas in their lives that may be causing hindrances to their happiness, personal growth, and overall well-being. I believe that in order to heal, it's important for individuals to gain a better understanding of themselves, their relationships, and how life experiences have impacted them.

My approach to therapy

I have experience working with individuals who are struggling with anxiety, stress, depression, PTSD, adjustment issues, dissatisfaction with their relationships/work/life, personality disorders, mood regulation, sleep disturbances, identity issues, ADHD, OCD, delayed cognitive development, general social skills, and more.

I have obtained a BA in Psychology, Minor in Child Development, and a MA in Professional Counseling.

What you can expect from me

I focus on creating a therapeutic environment for individuals that is accepting, validating, empathetic, and supportive. I concentrate on helping individuals process their emotions and learn ways to cope with life stressors so that they can effectively heal from the past and happily move forward with their lives with confidence, ease, and clarity.
