Great to meet you!

I'm Rachel and I specialize in treating generalized anxiety, body dysmorphia, and complex trauma, with a specific focus on helping individuals untangle the complexities of their lived experiences. If you are feeling stuck, uncertain, or disconnected, I am here to help you move toward greater clarity, confidence, and alignment within yourself. My psychotherapeutic practice is centered in integrative awareness, grounding rigorous clinical care in deep mind-body and psychosocial connections.

To me, therapy is just one piece of the wellness puzzle. Outside of sessions, I stay grounded by teaching yoga and leading yoga teacher trainings. I’m a big believer in the healing power of nature and creativity, so you can often find me hiking a trail, out on the water in my kayak, or writing and painting. I love bringing that same sense of mindfulness and creative curiosity into my clinical practice.

My approach to therapy

To facilitate true, lasting transformation, Rachel specializes in immersive deep-process work, offering optional extended sessions of EMDR and hypnotherapy targeted towards trauma recovery and managing anxiety related symptoms. These longer sessions provide the time and space to move beyond surface-level insights without feeling rushed. Together, we can gently access and process the root causes of distress. By combining these experiential modalities, you can reduce emotional intensity, reprocess difficult experiences, and create lasting shifts in how you think, feel, and respond.

What you can expect from me

The basis for any lasting healing work, is the relationship. Before diving in, it's important to establish comfort care, and trust. I typically spend the first session getting to know you and your motivations for change.
