Great to meet you!

Many of my clients are thoughtful, capable adults who find themselves repeating relationship patterns they no longer want, struggling with self-criticism, or feeling shaped by difficult childhood experiences. Others are working to understand why relationships, boundaries, or everyday life have felt harder than they expected. I believe lasting change doesn't require becoming a different person—it begins with understanding yourself more fully and making small, sustainable changes that help you live with greater ease and authenticity. My goal is to help you move from feeling stuck or reactive to feeling more confident and empowered.

My approach to therapy

I provide a warm, collaborative space where we work together to understand the patterns that have shaped your life with curiosity rather than judgment. Through greater self-awareness, self-compassion, and practical, manageable changes, we'll help you move from feeling reactive to feeling more at ease in your relationships - with others and with yourself.

Drawing on more than 25 years as a school social worker and as a licensed clinical social worker providing therapy, I bring a developmental and relational perspective to my work. I believe meaningful change grows from honoring the ways you've adapted, and making small, intentional shifts that creates a more authentic, connected life aligned with who you are.

What you can expect from me

Our first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and begin understanding what brings you to therapy. We'll collaborate to explore the challenges you're facing, identify patterns that may be keeping you stuck, and clarify what you hope will be different. Together, we'll begin creating a path toward meaningful, lasting change at a pace that feels right for you.
