Great to meet you!

Hi There! I'm Rachel. I'm a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with a Master's in Clinical Psychology from Pepperdine University. I specialize in supporting adults seeking relief from depression, anxiety, & life transitions & challenges such as feeling lost, irritable, or disconnected. I work collaboratively with clients encouraging connection to their whole-selves, increasing their self-awareness, self-worth, & capacity to handle discomfort & other painful emotions.

My approach to therapy

Using a trauma-informed, non-judgmental lens, I approach therapy as a collaborative process tailored to each client's unique needs and goals. My work is grounded in humanistic principles and incorporates elements of CBT, DBT, IFS, and psychodynamic therapy to help clients deepen their self-understanding, explore patterns that may be contributing to distress, and navigate life's challenges with greater awareness and self-compassion. I strive to create a supportive space where clients feel both accepted and encouraged as they work toward the changes that matter most to them.

What you can expect from me

Clients can expect a supportive and collaborative relationship built on honesty, compassion, and curiosity. Together, we will explore the experiences, emotions, and patterns that have shaped their lives while working toward a deeper understanding of themselves and their relationships. I aim to help clients feel more connected to themselves, more confident in navigating challenges, and better equipped to respond to life's ups and downs in ways that feel meaningful and authentic.
