Great to meet you!

If you’re here, you might be feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to move forward. Maybe anxiety has been weighing on you, your relationships feel strained, or you’re carrying stress that no one else seems to fully understand. You don’t have to navigate that alone. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in Indiana and Kentucky and a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Indiana, with nearly 11 years of experience supporting individuals, couples, and families through life’s challenges. My goal is to create a space where you feel seen, heard, and genuinely understood, where you can show up exactly as you are and begin to make sense of what you’re going through.

My path into this work began at Indiana University Bloomington, where I earned my Bachelor’s degree in Psychology with a minor in Human Development and Family Studies. I later completed my Master’s in Social Work with a specialization in Marriage and Family Therapy at the University of Louisville. Over the years, I’ve worked in outpatient settings, in-home therapy, and intensive outpatient programs, supporting people across many stages of life. I’ve helped clients navigate anxiety, relationship struggles, family conflict, life transitions, and emotional overwhelm. Whether working individually or with couples and families, I bring a flexible, down-to-earth approach shaped by real-world experience.

My approach to therapy

While treatment methods and interventions are important, it is within the therapeutic alliance that I believe change occurs. Creating a warm, safe, and understanding relationship is the essence of a therapist’s job.

Throughout my career, I have developed a deep appreciation of human resiliency. I believe we are all capable beings who need help sometimes.

There is no timeline for when therapy goals are to be met. Change is believed to be the only constant in the universe, we cannot avoid it. Confronting change can take time.

Allowing our supports to be a part of our journey can be healing. We are not alone. Please consider inviting your supports to therapy sessions. Any relationship that holds meaning for you, holds meaning for me as your therapist.

What you can expect from me

I will offer empathy for where you are in your journey and maintain positive regard for your strengths. I take a collaborative approach to therapy - You are the expert, I am alongside you.

You will be therapeutically challenged to move towards the growth you are seeking.

Above all else, I will work to develop a strong bond with you. Trust, openness, and honesty will be valued.
