Great to meet you!

Life can feel overwhelming at times, and reaching out for support is an important first step. As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) with more than 14 years of experience, I help adults navigate anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, grief and loss, and other behavioral health concerns.

My approach to therapy

My approach is warm, supportive, and collaborative, creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can feel heard, understood, and empowered to make meaningful changes. I use evidence-based practices tailored to your unique needs and goals, helping you build on your strengths and develop practical strategies for growth and healing. My therapeutic approach incorporates Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, Mindfulness, and other evidence-based interventions to support lasting positive change.

What you can expect from me

During our first session, we'll discuss what brings you to therapy, explore your current challenges, and identify your goals for treatment. want you to feel safe and comfortable being yourself as we work through what brings you to therapy. Together, we'll begin developing a personalized plan based on your needs, strengths, and priorities, while establishing a collaborative approach to help you achieve meaningful progress. By the end of the session, you'll have a better understanding of how we can work together and the next steps toward achieving your goals.
