Great to meet you!

I work with women to help them find clarity and peace while giving them tools to embrace the lives they want. Sessions with me are a warm, welcoming space, away from everyday stresses, where you can speak freely, reconnect with your inner confidence and focus on what is most important to you. We will explore where you feel stuck in life, what you want, and how to move authentically forward towards your goals and dreams.

I love learning and use an ever-evolving variety of coaching and therapy techniques. My master's in social work is my foundation for holistically working with clients and promoting social justice. I am trained in EMDR and Brainspotting and incorporate both of those into the trauma work I do with clients. I am also a certified yoga instructor and believe in the power of movement to heal.

My approach to therapy

I bring in different strategies depending on what you are working through in a session. I usually start with mindfulness and then we'll decide together where to focus that day. Sometimes we write, talk, and I ask questions to help you find your inner knowing. Other times I use EMDR or Brainspotting to process through trauma. We keep your goals and intentions at the core of our work while addressing life as it unfolds.

What you can expect from me

Clients generally say they leave sessions feeling lighter and more focused on what matters most to them. My goal in each session is for clients to leave more connected to their inner wisdom with a clearer sense of next steps to take to move them towards their goals and dreams.
