Hi there! I'm Rachel Larreta, an individual, couples and family therapist in Austin, Texas. I help my clients deal with anxiety, stress, depression, and all the twists and turns that show up in life. I focus on connection, communication and self acceptance to help my clients feel empowered and less alone.

My approach to therapy

I work with my clients collaboratively, honoring their knowledge as the experts on their lives and supporting their growth and development through education and self awareness. I take into account cultural background, family history and personal values and beliefs when assessing clients' strengths and challenges. My education in trauma, addiction, emotion regulation, mindfulness and relational dynamics helps me meet clients wherever they may be at in life with acceptance and compassion.
