Great to meet you!

Lifelong curiosity is key to my work as a therapist, with five years of experience providing counseling support for individuals and families and over a decade as an educator. There is nothing I love more than learning about people and helping to provide space for them to express themselves authentically.

I hold so much respect for anyone seeking therapeutic support for themselves or a loved one. My own mental health journey inspired me to help others, so know that I have been where you are. I am so grateful someone was looking out for me and encouraging this kind of care when I needed it most. That support proved invaluable for me, which is why I am so passionate about working with individuals exploring therapy for the first time. Taking that first step is not always easy, but I firmly believe the effort and vulnerability you put into this work is rewarded with meaningful growth.

What you can expect from me

What’s weighing on your mind? Whether it’s current challenges or past issues, this is the space to express yourself freely, gain new perspective, and build the skills to grow through it. In hourly sessions we take a relational approach, which means connection, non-judgement, and genuine rapport drive our work together. Therapeutic skills and strategies are tailored to each individual based on their needs and vibe.
