Great to meet you!

I love to work with a variety of clients including teens, college students, adults, and couples. I specialize in supporting new parents navigating the emotional and psychological changes that come with welcoming a child into your life. I understand that the journey through postpartum can feel overwhelming and sometimes isolating. My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your feelings, process your experiences, and find a path forward.

My approach to therapy

Whether you're dealing with postpartum depression, anxiety, relationship shifts, or simply adjusting to your new role as a parent, I’m here to help. I offer evidence-based strategies tailored to your unique needs, as well as a compassionate ear to help you through this challenging, yet rewarding time.

What you can expect from me

I’m committed to supporting you in building a stronger connection with yourself, your partner, and your baby, and I believe in empowering parents to feel confident and supported in their transition into this new phase of life.
