Great to meet you!

Hi, I’m Rachel, LCSW, and I earned my Master of Social Work from Aurora University. I’m passionate about helping individuals navigate life’s challenges and work toward meaningful change. I provide a supportive, nonjudgmental space where clients can feel comfortable being themselves and explore their goals. I work with individuals experiencing anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem concerns, relationship challenges, and life transitions. My goal is to meet you where you are and work together toward greater confidence, clarity, and well-being.

My approach to therapy

My goal is to make therapy a space where you feel comfortable, supported, and free to be open and honest. I meet each client where they are and work together to identify what feels most important to them and how we can move toward their goals.

What you can expect from me

Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know each other and begin building a comfortable, trusting relationship. We’ll talk about what you’re currently experiencing, what has brought you to therapy, and what you’d like to work on. You’ll also have space to ask questions and share what you’re looking for in therapy. There’s no pressure to have everything figured out—we’ll take it one step at a time.
