Great to meet you!
I believe you know yourself better than anyone else ever could, and therapy can help you hear yourself more clearly. I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with a Master of Social Work from Florida Atlantic University and experience working with adults navigating substance use and recovery, anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationships, and major life transitions.
My approach is collaborative, curious, creative, and grounded in the belief that you are the director of your own life. I’m interested in exploring not only what you think and feel, but also what your body may be communicating, the patterns and experiences that have shaped you, and the different parts of yourself that may be trying to protect, cope, or be heard. I draw from relational, psychodynamic, somatic, and parts-informed approaches, while allowing our work to evolve around what feels most meaningful and useful to you.
And sometimes therapy isn't about solving anything right away. Sometimes you just need someone who can sit beside you in the hard stuff without trying to rush you through it. My hope is that our work together helps you build a relationship with yourself that feels trusting, compassionate, and empowering.
